You will find us at Glotzing 2, 94107 Untergriesbach near Passau in Lower Bavaria. Our organic holiday farm sits in the southern Bavarian Forest above Lake Rannasee, surrounded by meadows and woodland.

With us, you can choose from four holiday apartments: KATZE, IGEL, HASE and SPATZ. There is also our separate timber house. For every stay, we show photographs, a floor plan and an availability calendar.

Our KATZE apartment is approximately 86 m². IGEL, HASE and SPATZ are each approximately 50 m². The interactive floor plan on each accommodation page shows the exact layout.

Our timber house is intended for up to six guests. Its page shows the layout and the current availability calendar.

Yes. With us, family time in nature takes centre stage, and children experience real farm life. Our farm follows the seasons, so every holiday day is a little different.

Cows in the meadows and ponies at the farm are part of our daily farm life. During your stay, children discover our animals as part of a living farm.

We welcome pets only in our KATZE apartment and by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking with your preferred dates and details about your pet.

In high season, we generally plan stays from Saturday to Saturday. If you need different arrival or departure days, please contact us directly. The arrangement in your booking confirmation is decisive.

You can cancel your stay with us free of charge up to and including 42 days before arrival. Our booking terms set out the rules for later cancellations, no-shows and early departures. Please send your cancellation directly to us, preferably in writing.

For an online booking, the full amount for your stay with us is payable within 5 days of booking. If a booking follows a personal enquiry, a 20% deposit of the total amount is due within 14 days of booking; the remaining balance is payable no later than 14 days before arrival.
