Payment terms
For an online booking, the full amount for your stay with us is payable within 5 days of booking. If a booking follows a personal enquiry, a 20% deposit of the total amount is due within 14 days of booking; the remaining balance is payable no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to and including 42 days before arrival.
For cancellations 41 days or less before arrival, we charge 90% of the booked accommodation price, excluding meals. Public charges, such as visitor tax, are excluded from this calculation.
No-shows and early departures
For no-shows or early departures, we charge 100% of the booked accommodation price, excluding meals. Public charges, such as visitor tax, are excluded from this calculation.
Evidence of lower losses or costs
You may demonstrate that we have incurred no loss or substantially lower losses or costs.
